Bio

I was born and raised in Reidsville. I am a career firefighter and started my functional fitness journey to become healthier and physically able to do my job. Little did I know that I would find a community of like-minded people who would soon become family. My hope is that you find a fitness family here at Lucky City Athletics. My wife and I have 2 dogs (Mick and Paddy). If you see them in the gym, be sure to stop and say hello.
