Sept 11th-Sept 16th
**This Week’s Workouts are part 2 of CrossFit games events. Lets see how great we ware compared to our favorite athletes.**
Monday
We begin the week with the hero workout, “Nate.” This triplet workout is highly skilled and consists of short rounds, keeping us moving constantly for 20 minutes.
Tuesday
Then, it’s time to take on Part 2 of the CrossFit Games events. On Tuesday, the “Intervals” event will have athletes pounding their hearts, taking rests, and repeating the process to see if they have enough left in the tank for one more solid push. Our strength today will be 10 sets Squat Snatch increasing weight.
Wednesday
Wednesday brings a mixed version of “Parallel-Bar Pull” with some additional movements. This one is going to get spicy on the shoulders. After the workout we will continue our Toe to Bar skill work.
Thursday
On Thursday, we have the grand finale – “Echo Thruster Thursday” – which is the ultimate lactic acid party and is
guaranteed to leave a sick feeling in the stomachs of the athletes. Our strength will be 10 sets of Squat Cleans increasing in weight.
Friday
Friday’s workout will allow the athletes to cool down with a nice pump session to ease any leg pain. Our strength will be 2 rep max deadlift.
Saturday
Finally, on Saturday, we have an up-tempo, multiple-set triplet workout where consistent and steady pacing is crucial. After the workout, we will be testing our toe to bar progression by trying to do as many as we can in 1 min. Let’s crush it!!

** Gymnastics Cycle – Toes to Bar ** We are in our final week of our 6-week Gymnastics Cycle, focusing on Toes to Bar. We will program a skill piece twice a week.
