It’s a quiet week, which means we can focus on fun workouts, and mix in some skill work and accessories to keep things interesting.
We start with “Nasty Girls” on Monday, a fan favorite that combines barbell and gymnastic movements to work out the entire body for 3 rounds. Double Under skill work for after the workout.
Tuesday is a solid cardio day with moderate-intensity work on the bike and the rower. Strength for today is 5 rep back squats on a clock.
Wednesday’s workout is a gymnastic chipper that focuses on the upper body. This one will provide us an idea of how we can perform gymnastic movements over long period of time. Out gymnastic endurance. Stay ofer class for some Core Work!
Thursday takes us back to barbell and running, with increasing distance and weight followed by a decrease in weight and distance. This one will test how well we can perform lifts under cardio fatigue. Mini pump after class for those accessory muscles.
Friday is a high-intensity partner workout that requires full effort. This workout has a little cardio, an little core and a little gymnastics. Working with a partner always keeps us going a little harder.
On Saturday, in honor of Blindness Awareness Month, we hope to help bring the CrossFit community together to participate in “Finding the Light”, a workout created by Kym Dekeyrel, 2021 CrossFit Games Champion in the Women’s Vision Division, along with CrossFit LLC. The workout is meant to be completed with your eyes closed to give an idea of what it’s like to workout without vision. The hope is that this workout will help spread awareness for blinding diseases and those affected. Lets get together and work hard!

We are working on a Double Under Progression. For advanced athletes, we are offering a Crossover Progression/Practice. Skill pieces will offered twice a week.
