All Aboard!
Starting with Monday, athletes will begin with a moderate distance row. However, every two minutes, we must pause the row and complete 15/12 push-ups before continuing. 70% effort on the row the entire time. Before the workout we will be finding our 1RM squat snatch. Focus on good form getting down in the squat.
On Tuesday, everyone will participate in a 10-round grind of lunges and wall walks. This workout is going require a heavy emphasis on pacing and consistency. After class we will begin new gymnastics cycle.
Wednesday presents a challenge with three, five-minute AMRAP triplets that will keep everyone’s heart rate up. Use the clock as a second coach and push for 75sec per round. Strength for today will be finding a new 1RM Squat Clean. Focus on form in getting into a good squat.
Thursday’s workout is a steady pace, two-set chipper. Great piece with some cardio, core and weightlifting. After the workout we are going to hit a short mini-pump. These a great for working accessory muscles.
Friday is a high-intensity partner session. Everything is split with your partner. this one is going to get the legs fire up. Break up the work before you think you need to. This will help you stay consistent through the workout. Strength today we will be finding a heavy 10 rep Back Squat. This si going off feel today and not percentages.
The week finishes with another partner chipper, combining running and wall balls with handstand push-ups. There will be some synchro movements so good communication is key. Saturdays are a great day to come and workout with people we may not see from other classes during the week. (My favorite day!)

** Gymnastics Cycle **
We just finished Toe to Bar cycle and now we are starting on a Double Under Progression. Great time after class to work on your jump rope variations and work towards Double Unders.
